Sessions consist of focusing on goals, challenging limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from moving forwards. Working consistently with your core values, reframing unhelpful thoughts whilst building a kit of tools specific to your needs that you can implement into daily life. Breathwork and physiological stress relief tools are also a main focus so we consistently integrate mind and body into the sessions to enable wellbeing as a whole.

Develop a lean strong physique in a muscular balanced body. Fitness sessions will be tailored to your posture type strengths and areas for development, issues or injuries. Sessions take place at the clients discretion in a fully equipped private Pilates studio in South West London or online via Zoom. We will work in collaboration and communicate directly with your own medical advisors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors to ensure you have the safest most effective bespoke and progressive program available to you.
