Wellness Coaching & Physical Fitness
At MindBodySpace we work with each client on a bespoke level with Transformational and Mental Wellness Coaching helping you achieve your goals and develop tools to support your mental and emotional wellbeing. We also look after your physical fitness with tailored Pilates sessions covering postural health, Breathwork, Strength training and rehabilitation for mind and body. We work with each client on a physical and psychological level to enable wellbeing as a whole.
With our flexible approach to combining wellness for mind and body, we offer Mindspace Coaching and BodySpace Fitness and Pilates sessions both separately and combined to create the most beneficial programme for you. We aim to help you develop alignment and balance both mentally and physically with bespoke sessions for you the individual or as part of a team.

I am the Founder and CEO of MindBodySpace and have been working with clients on both a mental and physical level for the past 12 years. I bring a wealth of my own experience and learning, to enable others in becoming mindful of their mental and physical self and to develop the tools to feel mentally and physically well.
I had been suffering from shoulder issues and a winged scapula and found Caroline’s Studio, I wasn’t familiar with the Stott Pilates method, a more modern approach to traditional Pilates which includes the latest exercise science and rehab, perfect for me! Caroline is a wonderful teacher, so knowledgeable on how the body works and the small corrections needed for maximum impact and strengthening. She manages to make our 1-2-1 sessions productive and fun at the same time! After my first block of ten sessions I am feeling stronger, leaner and toned, this a necessary lifestyle addition for the future of my personal health and fitness and for the first time I’m actually looking forward to exercising!
